How can I benefit from Talentloop?

Does Talentloop have any OS limitations?

The system is built to run on Windows, Linux and Mac OS. System is also mobile ready so you can access Talentloop on any mobile device.

 

What browsers does Talentloop support?

Talentloop can be accessed through the latest versions of:
• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Opera

We recommend Google Chrome for best results.

 

What internet bandwidth do I need?

The minimum requirement is 1mbps internet speed. You’ll need a faster connection though if you have more than three users sharing the line.

 

Are there any data capacity limits?

When you subscribe to Talentloop, you get an unlimited number of candidates and open jobs. The number of users will depend on your subscription plan.

How secure is my data?

Your data security is of great priority to us which is why we have provided these measures:

  • SSL certification is in place which allows sensitive information to be transmitted securely. This ensures that all data coming in and out are encrypted and safe from malicious parties.
  • Access to your account is defined by strict user access levels to ensure that information doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. Activity logs are also available to keep track of any actions done within the system.

 

Can I work offline in the event that our internet is down?

No. Talentloop is a web-based software so you will need to have internet connection to do your work within the system.

 

How does the free trial work?

The 15-day free trial allows you to get accustomed to how the software works. During this trial period, you can add as many applicants and open jobs as you want, upload and update records, as well as track the hiring status of your applicants. By the end of the trial period, you can choose to subscribe to a plan that best suits your needs.

 

What happens to my data once my free trial expires?

After a 10-day grace period, you will no longer have access to your data. However, your data will still be stored in our database for six months. The same data will be available to you should you decide to subscribe to Talentloop before the sixth month ends.

 

How do I upgrade my plan?

In the system’s menu bar, go to Company & Settings. Under Subscription & Features, click the Upgrade Now link. Processing of the upgrade request takes 1-2 business days.

 

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time.

 

What if I don’t want to renew my subscription?

Since you own all the data, these will be turned over to you in spreadsheet form. Your data will be deleted from the database after six months.

 

Can I add or remove fields in Talentloop?

Yes. Customizing the system to better meet your business requirements is very much possible under an Enterprise plan. You can decide what fields you want to add or remove or how you would like your screen to look like. Pricing depends on the customization.

 

Can I post job openings outside of Talentloop?

Yes, if you’re on a Corporate or Enterprise plan. The system provides you with an External Job Page link that you can copy and paste in any social network or insert to an external job board.

Can I retain copies of candidates’ resumes?

Yes. Once you’ve uploaded a resume into the system, the document is viewable anytime and you can also download a copy to your desktop.
